Apple posted its strongest June quarter ever, saying fiscal third-quarter revenue rose 16% from a year earlier to $109.4 billion while diluted earnings per share climbed 29% to $2.02, helped in part by tariff refunds that lifted both profit margin and earnings.

The iPhone maker said Thursday that net income for the quarter ended June 27 was $29.789 billion. Apple said total company revenue and EPS set June-quarter records, and that iPhone, Mac and Services revenue also reached new June-quarter highs. The company said revenue grew in every geographic segment.

A one-time boost from tariff refunds was a notable part of the quarter. Apple said gross margin was 50.1%, including a favorable impact of about 2 percentage points from tariff refunds processed through a U.S. tariff-refund process in 2026. It also said diluted EPS included a favorable impact of $0.11 from those refunds.

By business line, iPhone remained Apple’s largest segment with $54.252 billion in revenue, followed by Services at $30.739 billion. Mac revenue was $10.352 billion, iPad brought in $6.191 billion, and Wearables, Home and Accessories generated $7.883 billion.

Regionally, Apple reported $45.781 billion in the Americas, $29.395 billion in Europe and $18.816 billion in Greater China. Revenue totaled $6.554 billion in Japan and $8.871 billion in the rest of Asia Pacific.

“Today, Apple is proud to report our strongest June quarter ever, with double-digit revenue growth across iPhone, Mac and Services, and in every geographic segment,” CEO Tim Cook said in Apple’s press release. Chief Financial Officer Kevan Parekh said Apple was “very pleased with our record business performance during the quarter,” adding that the company also set a June-quarter record for operating cash flow.

The results follow another strong quarter for Apple. On April 30, the company reported what it called its best March quarter ever, with revenue of $111.2 billion and diluted EPS of $2.01.

Apple’s board declared a cash dividend of 27 cents per share, payable Aug. 13 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 10. In April, Cook said Apple planned to reinvest any tariff refunds it received into U.S. innovation and advanced manufacturing.
